The Making Of Queenie's Bonnet -Part 2!

Well, I am HAVING A BLAST making this. It already feels SO HISTORICAL!!! Thanks to Pam from Civil Folks, I now know that it is called a corded bonnet, thanks Pam!!, and there is something so amazing about making something this historical. I feel transported!
I have no pattern, so I am doing this very slowly, taking tons of measurements as I go, and many notes.
I will not be grunging this bonnet. Instead, I want to keep the historical beauty of it's design.
I hope to finish the cording tonight!
I have decided, if this turns out as I expect, I will be putting it for sale! Thanks for visiting, and I'll let you know how this goes!!!!
