Country Project of The Day~Homespun Fun (Kitchen)

Today's primitive project idea, create a new theme,  using matching homespun kitchen accents~ change the look of a kitchen easily~ I sewed a hanging towel, and, it is hung on a horseshoe doorknocker~
Towel hung on a horseshoe doorknocker, found at a thrift shop~
And I installed a wooden shelf, and sewed a make-do curtain for it, hung on rust-colored hemp twine~
Have a great day!

I love the color coordination and I enjoy thrift shop finds as well. It makes me feel good to give something life and purpose again.

I have a ton of homespun, lots of little bits of this color and that. Good idea for it...because I don't think I'll ever make the quilt it was originally gathered for!

Very pretty. I think most of my curtains are now hung on twine. How simple and cheap. Love the plaid.
